I always feel like something is wrong with me.

I always feel like something is wrong with me.

I’m so sorry you feel that way, but I guarantee you, nothing is wrong with you. You’re a beautiful, amazing being, always remember that! And we have those feelings, myself included, because we live and function outside of the norm. And what I mean by that is, we say no to how society wants us to be, think and act. So that is why you believe something is wrong with you. You are an outlier, a being that chose to live for itself than for anyone else.

And there is nothing wrong with going against the grain, from my vast experience going against the current, I’m happier than I ever could be going along with the current. I honestly feel that you believe something is wrong with you because you are coming into the amazing, beautiful, spiritual being that you always were and believed yourself to be.

It’s okay to not measure up to the status quo. The status quo was created to make us fear individuality. Fear is used to control the masses into conforming and not truly loving and accepting themselves. When a person doesn’t truly love themselves, they can’t really stand for anything. It’s like the saying, if you stand for nothing, you’ll fall for anything. Which leads to conforming oneself to make oneself likeable and lovable, thus meaning seeking validation for others.

It honestly seems that you’ve come upon the place on your journey where you’re learning to love all of yourself and accept all of yourself as you are now. Which means the constraints society have placed upon you are falling away. I’m so happy for you and extremely proud that you have embarked upon this journey of really knowing and loving yourself. And it’s more than okay to feel different from others. No two people were created alike, so why do we wish to be like someone else or everyone else? When you think of it in terms like that, I believe you are able to accept the fact that you are different and that being different is not wrong. It’s quite natural, it’s how you were made!
